One hour late pickup from Chiangi Airport to the hotel

Initial interaction with the operator was favorable. Everything fell apart during the day of pickup when the pickup was not met and the operator/driver was an hour late. We booked the transfer from the airport to the hotel. I puzzled when the operator/driver informed me that he was at the hotel to pick us up. He also was not familiar with the pickup point at Chiangi airport. I told him to pick us up at Terminal 4 door 7. He ended up finding us but our group had to walk to his van with all our luggage. The day before the pickup date, I inquired with the operator/driver where we were going to be picked up at the airport. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a response. Our group was very disappointed

The provider never...

The provider never answered a question I submitted, so I decided to cancel the service. Unfortunately, the app would not allow me to cancel for a full refund--even though it was more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. When I was finally able to reach customer service by phone (unfortunately within the 24 hour window because of air travel), it would not assist with my request.Great ride!

Short but Efficient and Comfortable

The driver was punctual and very nice. The trip to Changi Airport took only about 30 minutes, but it was very pleasant, comfortable and efficient. The driver was already waiting for us, which eliminated any anxiety of not getting to the airport in a timely manner

Late arrival and not helpful service

This was not our best transfer experience. Although our flight was a little early, our driver arrived long after our flight landed. We are older and get transfer services so we have help with our luggage. However, since he was late, he didn’t even park and come inside. Just had us meet him out on the curb with all our bags. Then his driving left a lot to be desired. Seemed to get lost. Often slammed on brakes very hard. Nice enough man but the service was not good unfortunately

Everything started out perfect the driver was waiting for and he was polite and described the sites we were passing and then he dropped us off at the wrong hotel.We then had to get a cab to get us to the correct hotel

Unfortunate

The only memorable experience with this company was that due to our flight being cancelled and sending numerous messages via Viator to the company to try and find out whether we could change our pick up date and time to the next day I received no reply. We were left not knowing whether or not there would be someone to meet us at our new arrival time. There wasn’t, and when he finally replied I found it curt

Our flight arrived early and our driver was there waiting for us. His communication was great upon arrival and was waiting for us upon exiting immigration and customs. We loaded up and he was so informative about Singapore. It felt like a tour of the city on the drive to our hotel. Would strongly recommend!

Warning!! Do not use Viator for port transfer

Tickets issued were wrong, reflecting airport pick up not port pick up as we requested. Customer service was worthless with very poor command of English language and unable to correct or reissue the tickets. Had no choice but to cancel after wasting an hour of my precious vacation time

Used this company for transfer both for airport arrival and departure . Driver was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. On arrival provided some history of Signapore and advice on some do's and don't. On departure, once again prompt pick up and provided advice on check in at the airport.

Excellent experience. We were last passengers on the plane and our driver, Mahesh, called us to be sure we were ok. He waited as we went through customs and got our luggage.
